“Naughra” Started in September 2019 and finished in December 2019. Acrylic on Canvas. This image was painted a year after the inspiring new series “The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance.” I’ve always been a fan of the works of Brain Froud since the time I was little. As a child I clearly remember mother Aughra and her defined breasts. This painting is a fantasy of a youthful Augrha in the caves of a young Thra. She was untrusted to keep the crystal of Truth safe. Here she is bathing in its light and surrounded by more than one crystal of truth.
All art is printed on heavy duty card stock then packed with matboard in a plastic sleeve. Shipping is included in price.
